    Not a place for starter
    The good thingsQuiet office in a small house neighbourhood.
    The challengesIn my opinion the cons supersedes the pros, due to self-centered mentality, workloads are high, stressful with high expectations, while intentionally offering much lower income for a start, disregarding appreciation afterwards. Sounded fascinating at job interview, in reality just an average company at best.

    The challengesThe salary increment quite low and the higher-ups only care about money/ customers' tender and swept aside all your struggles
