    The challengesSometime difficult to do admin & operation job cause the Management have cover a few old senior executive at site when have bad or good attitude. Must have more training & counseling to be professional & improve disadvantage or leave company to find others firm.

    Just can take a some Experience only in Techical operation office
    The good thingsCan take some experience only.when don't have the experience in site working environment & staff also can learn. At more site such like factory,property & others site.
    The challengesWork with client sometimes feel is not easy to achieve the target & what client request. Not more site this company prefer in KL area. Executive sometime understand during the work time staff & sometime not understand maybe such like the site must feedback 24 hours but must be professional & understand the rest time staff.

    The good thingsNear from my home and can take more experience in Factory site.salary ok and can learn in Factory maintenance facility activities.
    The challengesNot easy to manage and achieves target to complete our client target in facility management system.Limited access the facility such as computer is not comfortable using more than 1 person.

    The good thingsThe company really care about staff performance, they provide a lot of training session to make sure staff achieve their target and excellent in handling task given.
    The challengesCompany should provide more staff in every side because task is lots and cannot handling with 3 or 4 staff only.

    The good thingsthe management are very good on managing the staff to followed all the safety rules in work..they absolutely one of a kind company to join with..the payments of salary also are always on schedule..
