    Awful management but friendly environment
    The good thingsmostly fresher graduates, young age colleague with nice place as we work in the project and was placed under client's office. initially the managements seems fine but when the project started to expand, there is no more morning allowance for morning shifters
    The challengesmostly the project works on shift rotation which is 24/7 operations

    Nice working location, nice co-workers, non functioning managment and HR
    The good thingsThe working enviroment is pretty much okay and colleagues were friendly. Pretty much still continue working due to awesome colleagues.
    The challengesOutdated weird rating system, non functioning managment and HR not helping in solving problem, at start was okay but when it come to promotion/salary related they are totally monkey. HR can't even spell your name correctly and reply in a proper English.

    Depending on the project you get, the stress level and work-life balance differs.
    The good thingsThankfully, my boss is supportive and kind. She always motivates me whenever I am feeling down. Another boss however, always has an impression that her team are not working hard enough. It honestly depends on the team you landed in.
    The challengesThe probationary period from a trainee to a (hopefully) permanent employee is long (12 months period)
