    The good thingsAppreciate to employee by giving a value thing such as quality watch and a achievement certificate and also chances to abroad oversea for the new technologies exposure used and a new machine technologies.
    The challengesappreciate the employee by gathering in the annual dinner in the good hotel with a good dinner and having fun to each other and also appreciation for those working more than 5 years and above by giving some cash and long service certificate.

    The challenges- Incompatible annual increment rate. - less opportunity to add more self value because the capacity is small and not many new things to learn about. - very limit to get promotion. - No motivation package/plan upon successful projects/evaluation - never review benefits & allowances of executives level from time to time. - less training is provided.
