    I am glad i was hired for the HR role in Colas Rail Asia Sdn Bhd in the year 2010 and I have stayed with them for 10 years
    The good thingsGood medical benefits, bonus and increments. Alot of CSR and employee engagement activities provided. Management are understanding of employees needs.

    The good thingsA very good place for local to improve their communication skills with an expat. Employees are all from various countries/ethnic i.e Malays, Chinese, Indian, Sabahan, Sarawakian, all over from APAC and of course from Europe (French/Germany/British) We are mixed altogether to carry out the scope scopes given to us 13th month salary is awesome and not many local company practising this. Other benefits are good and comparable with any other multinational companies. Flexible working cultural is also implemented here. You can do whatever you want to, but to ensure priority to be given on work assignment.

    Like a family!
    The good thingsAll of us treat each other like a family. We all go out for lunch together, share work discussion and problems together. And out superior is just too nice. I can share with my superior about just anything. sometimes about work, sometimes personal related things. And they will keep it as confidential as it is. i just love the working environment here. And the location, easy access to go anywhere.
    The challengesnot much really. Of course when you have a very nice superior, you will try your best to impress her with your work.
