    The good thingsMeaningful projects. There are always things you'll find interesting to work on each day. Smart, helpful, close-knitted colleagues, and conducive work environment helps with learning and producing quality work as well. There is also opportunity for work trips which gives a positive growth of personal development in many ways. All in all, the culture here is a healthy one and the effort taken to realize that is certainly refreshing.

    I love working at this company
    The good thingsSmart people, meaningful projects, good career development possibilities and overall a very tech and quality oriented work environment. I like the possibility to work in Asia and Europe depending on the needs of the projects.
    The challengesTechnological challenges: as with every software engineering team it is hard to keep up with the speed of technological change. I think the fact that Comerge Solutions regularly addresses technical dept and encourages the \"Boyscout rule\" of leaving the campground a bit cleaner than you found it make it prevail in this regard.

    The good thingsWell-equipped office with coffee machine. Proper agile development sprints. Friendly colleagues from different departments who assist you with tasks, and managers who are willing to listen to developers. Occasionally, employees are free to explore experimental technologies.
    The challengesAt times it might be difficult to keep things and information in sync with international clients.
