    The good thingsDown to earth management. Even the Ceo takes his valuable time to discuss topics in small rounds. Staff ideas be listend too. Good working atmospheric and culture are they key things here in CTS. Now also in Penang with an office. If perform well bonus is good
    The challengesKPIs sometimes very high to achieve and need some training to get used to system and local specifics as we cover many regions. Some trainings are too short
