1 year experience as PROTEGEThe good thingsThe work environment is super friendly, depending on your department, I really get to know the whole 3 floor of the department staff and colleague, under Mr. Amir who is my Head of Department, he is really chill and friendly. Despite what people thought that most government would wait for checking out directly on time. I would say it's fairly true, for me, I have to complete my task and able to go home no later than 7 pm.
The challengesChallenges come from working here is the strict compliance and bureaucratic nature of the organization, where is each process required to properly have a documentation before proceeding to next phase. In other case, some of the task, especially with project, most of the time you would be stressed with dealing deadline and meetings with boards member and etc.
