    The good thingsServe food and drinks for the workers and seeing them enjoy thier food makes me happy with my service and also you can get to know to a lot of people from other countries and state , learn thier culture , language , lifestyle and most meaningfull for me that i've learned so many thing that will worth for me to keep and use it as a secret weaopon for my succed in future
    The challengesWhen they not being satisfied with my service , when people always get mad when they hungry and in a hurry to continue daily routine , must keep it up to daily working hours that sometimes really hard to follow because working hours is only for 5 hours in morning then continue other 5 hours in evening ( Not Straight like usual working hours - 8 to 10 hours straight from sunrise to sunset )

    The challengesat times it's not knowing the next operation or project you working for yet that is industry at present. If on day rate contract is does seem hard to transfer to full time and work on employment ladder.

    The good thingsFoods and accommodation provided. For sports activities is so wonderful, from soccer field to gymnasium. There are great welfare team do not make you feel bored
