Best place to learn and gain experience. The exposure to learn and gaining experiences for your development. Friendly working environment is the best thing. Having difficulties for promotion and salary increment even you are performing well. Your HoD or Management might be overlooked on this.

The good thingsStable company with good working culture. Friendly and helpful teammate and senior staffs. A lot of new challenges and opportunities to venture.
The challengesLow salary pay and you will stuck at the same position and grade after sometimes. Low quality of HR management which often do not appreciate highly potential staffs. More turnover happened nowadays due to this issue.

The challengesFreshie can gain experience here but to think work until retire is not recommended. Salary is quite low for Aerospace industry which have Customer entire world.
