    The challengesSupervisor like to change rule as they wish and put the blame on team. HR will never back up the clerk except you can persuade them( sweet talk2).

    The good thingsWork life balance. Most staff go back on time. Management doesn't encourage OT. Simple company with simple procedures. Work at peace.
