    The good thingsGiving the opportunities to employees to grow their career within the organization. Providing the good Online Training will help me to become a resources IT Professional. I had to say every moments I spending here, teaching me a new experience everyday. I also did some online training for my career progress. I feel like, being the first level of support the clients/customers is a first step to grow my skills and experience. Thank you DXC!

    The challengesYou sometimes be too far from your manager which makes it difficult to have a personal touch to you relationship. CSC does not have performance bonus only contractual which makes it quite difficult to measure the good ones over the mediocre employees.

Constant training that encourages to sharpen known skills as well as learning new ones. Supervisors and team leads that regularly keeps our performance in view so that we reach our career goals. Fresh graduates are given a very good training and development to start off.
    The challengesThe ability of the company to retain/maintain their employees are rather poor. Salary increment is below average for a multinational company.
