    The good thingsI enjoyed helping clients achieve their fitness goals and seeing their progress improve over time. I also appreciated building positive relationships with clients, motivating them to stay consistent, and working in an active and team-oriented environment. Additionally, I enjoyed guiding clients to improve their confidence, discipline, and overall well-being through fitness training.
    The challengesOne of the challenges was managing clients with different fitness levels, expectations, and schedules while ensuring consistent progress and motivation. Another area for improvement could be enhancing time management during peak hours and improving communication and coordination within the team to ensure smoother daily operations and better client experiences.

    The challengesMost hospitality businesses operate around the clock and may be expected to work varying shifts and extended hours. It requires dedication and years of service to get to the best paying positions. The hospitality sector is all about doing everything possible to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The clients can be demanding and so can the management.

    The good thingsI work as long hours as I can until I settle down my jobs without limitation. Healthy foods are freely provided at the hotel cafeteria. Healthy working environment which allows great self learning and during weekends, I am able to attend part time classes without prejudice.
    The challengesMaintaining the company's sole aim and goal \"customers are always right\" where truths (are not being denied), but negotiated most of the time to get the win-win situations. Glad, I'm still learning the negotiation skills and it's really challenging because daily cases are not similar.
