    I have do the production planning for PM, solve the machine breakdown and also deal with supplier for the spare part
    The good thingsMany think I have learned and practice in this Factory, from planning until do the machine breakdown repairing, deal with the supplier and also contractor, monthly report,audit,inspection deal with JKKP, Metro-logy (weight bright )..

    The good thingsTravel around the country and get to know with many kinds of people with different background. Easy to work with foreign workers and they are willing to learn. I can contribute my knowledge and share my thought with the peoples at factory.
    The challengesHandling local people and to change the mindset of the top management since they are already in a comfort zone and hard for them to accept the changing in term of working culture. Safety and health still considered as a non profit department at the company.
