    Not Much Career Progression & Opportunities
    The good thingsWell the salary is on time (that a great factor), working place is decent with rennovated space catering to premium brand, pantry is provided (not foods though), environment is okay but not great (colleagues, workplace), opportunity in learning via online training videos & certifications, management that listen to the subordinates.
    The challengesNo progression & future plus no guaranteed promotion even after staying for a long time i.e. 5-6 years. Less opportunities to venture to other position(s) i.e from Customer Service to Learning Administrator. Salary stagnation even for senior colleagues. MNC with lacking in the sense of direction & flexibility (was voted one of the worst place to work in America for a reason). Full of people that is not ambitious enough & working to just live another day on earth (lack of motivation, no interests in work). Very weird way of recognizing/promoting good employees i.e. sell more cars whereas the business is more towards customer service?! As a third party business provider, working for the company means being a robot with no feeling to just answer calls for irrate customers as well as being given no direct responsiblity at all by the business owner.

    Better place whom doesn't have tertiary education qualification
    The good things- Less pressure from Management -Can have snack and light bites while working -Casual attire -33 days of Leave - Friendly Team Lead and Supervisor - Able to Mastered the task within short period of time - Fund for company Outings. - Better place whom doesn't have tertiary education qualification as the minimum requirement is SPM.
    The challenges- Increment and Promotion does not happen frequently - Average Remuneration package - Retrenchment occurs more often as the organization was not stable economically. - Latency and Medical Leave will be treat strictly. - Overtime Pay rate very less. - There could be overtime pay issue as the payroll team was not efficient. - Not suitable place for those who have Degree and higher qualification as there is not much to gain here.

    The good thingsLearned the difference between verbal and non-verbal customer advisor experience . You could work while listening to your own favourite music is definitely a one to count while working there .
    The challengesThe challenges were finding the proper meal during break . Since the working hours are midnight onwards, most of the nearby eateries will be closed . Not a biggie but at times it does hit your tummy. : )

    The challengesNo flexibility. Bad management behaviour on customer service agents. If you want to go MC or having emergency leave, you may need to get approval from the higher management which is insane and unspeakable. Some agents were even being terminated without given any indemnity or proper period notice for not meeting KPIs. This place has even high employee turnover (especially under Groupon US & Canada Division). Plenty unresolved IT issues that would make you crack your head.
