    The challengesThey are a flat organization no hierarchy. bad is its very transparent. Good is there no manager and employee feeling, whenever you need help you can just ask anyone.

    A fun environment collaborating with people all over the world
    The good thingsThe great part of working at Configura is that the company practices work life balance. It's a fun dynamic environment of people from all walks of life. Travelling opportunities are available hence you will be exposed to working with people from all over the world. On the lighter side of things, team outdoor activities such as laser tag, badminton are frequently carried out. All in all great experience as long as you give it your best too! Works both ways :) Cheers!

    Great environment but not much to learn
    The good thingsWorking environment is great. Relatively small company and flat organization so very minimal bureaucracy. Friendly and interesting working communities. Above average salary. Flexible working hours.
    The challengesFlat organization, which can be a good thing but micro managing happens at times and no one is really in charge, everyone reports to one manager. Uses proprietary technology which can hurt your career advancement.
