    Great colleagues, Bad Management
The good thingsA great colleagues and loves them so much. Its like having a family. Sometimes I miss them a lot. I believe by the time I'm writing this comment, most of them are not in the college anymore.
The challengesThe top management are bad. Its a family business. They always listen and asking opinions from wrong people. Their head of departments mostly don't listen and always suggesting worst idea to the top management as long as the top managements likes it. Salary is very low and increment is very rare (my salary increase once only after more than 5 years of services). No perks and benefit. Too focus on small issue, sometimes didnt see the bigger problems. Most of the time, they micromanage.

    Nice people still exist.
The good thingsColleagues are friendly and the pay is on time. the facilities are good although we had to pay for the parking.
The challengesThey should listen opinions from the one that should be saying the opinions. The workers should be valued based their performance and contribution from the one that assess them, and understand the nature of the work.
