    The good thingsOffice near MRT station
    The challengesTop management are rude & arrogant, worst still expecting staff to reply messages during off time incl weekends. Only those good at buying bosses heart and doing OT everyday can survive. There is no proper hand in hand guidance for new comer, the work monitoring system is not user friendly & all staff has to attend a few meaningless meetings every week. Hence new comer will be stressful & feeling lost. Turn over rate is high in all dept as you dont see many senior staff.

    The challengesChallenging to work with rude boss. Colleagues are friendly but mostly fresh grad with the most senior only has one year working experience. Boss expect you to do more research and solve issues yourself because the boss does not have experience. Is quite stressful to work without guidance.
