    The Best place ever because everything here for me is good and balancing with my life and also the environments here
    The good thingsIn here i learn many things like how to communicate well because we always talks to contractors who do a business at Cidb. here we get knowledge in every part and get a lot of knowledge. The work environment is also very pleasant. head of department who understands and takes good care of his employees as well as colleagues who are very helpful.
    The challengesWhen dealing with a variety of contractors and clients and always maintain ethics and take care of customers. And when new system established we are here to find the problems caused by the system and how to solve them

    CIDB is a kind organisation.
    The good thingsThere was definitely work life balance. People need not work til late. Average time leaving the office was 630. Because of the set up, the company is a statutory body and had a wide range of duties and powers. A lot of room for the company to grow and fulfil their objectives. The people are nice and not competitive with each other. Excellent opportunities to network with other government agencies.
    The challengesSupport for talent was lacking. Those who were dedicated and had the required skills were put in the back bench for fear of outshining others. Work was done at an average pace. No sense of urgency. Even when things were urgent, the quality was questionable.

    Experience gain
    The good thingsCIDB is one of the agencies under Ministry Of Works. Since I joined this company last year a lot of benefits and experience I gain here. Especially medical for whole family. In terms of experience, I've done a lot of paperwork for procurement. I'm sure this experience will be usefully when someday I'm searching for a new job!
    The challengesThe challenges is sometimes unpredictable, you may find working in this company is enjoyable, fun everyday and sometimes your day is very stressful as the dateline is always killing you. Luckily, I managed to handle it.
