    No project. Marketing, commercial & legal departments one person show.
    The good thingsCompany is involved in interesting projects for now.
    The challengesManagement has no foresight, its projects in hand are winding down and there's no effort to look for new ones because marketing, commercial & legal departments are combined into one person's job. Company has retrenched people in 2016, 2018 and 2019 citing financial difficulty. Most have not seen salary increase in 3-4 years. Holidays have to be planned one year in advance. People that gave 5 star already sending out resumes. Only apply if desperate. Top management likes to show that they are powerful and in control in the most petty and unprofessional ways.

    The challengesVery bad organization. Very clear hierarchy delineated to the deputy CEO and CEO only. No authority to carry out the job responsibility properly. Critique is strongly discouraged. Need to follow exactly as you are told what to do. No opportunity to grow if you have an opinion that differs to general topic at hand.
