    The good thingsBeing a small company a lot to learn. More hands-on practical and important given for customer services.
    The challengesThe management of the place did not prepare in house canteen. Must go out for lunch or breakfast. Need to explore on your own to learn new things because everyone is busy with their assignment. If you ask you get help.

    The challengesManaging different type of machines will need high and strong knowledge in engineering basics. Customer support need to be given priority.
