    Stable job for people who wish to settle down.
    The good thingsWork is pretty much laidback. If got lot of project then you'll be busy. If no project pretty much honeymoon.
    The challengesNot really much challenge. Just need to ensure the project finished on deadline and always ensure documents completed.
