    Suitable for people who needs work temporarily
    The good thingsThe only good thing here is collegues are good.
    The challenges-Stressful, need to work extra to cover other position - Boss don't have knowledge in construction, always make wrong decision, poor organizational structure, doesn't appreciate employee's effort and hard work. It sad to see talented and good people are leaving one by one.

    Worked with a very bad environment without having basic facilities to perform
    The good thingsNothing to say about anything good about.
    The challengesNo proper HR rule follows, no proper facilities provided for staff, salary always delay and not fixed and didn't follow as per offer letter. The environment was so bad with snakes and other animals around and no any benefits given.
