    Different strokes for different folks
The good thingsYou will be very good in your job thanks to its system. They encourage you to become a specialist in your job. Good place to learn especially for those who starts from zero i.e. freshies or college graduates. If you're lucky, you'll experience training in their overseas counterpart. Male staff usually get a chance to do onsite job in offshore location (local and overseas). Excellent job standardization between all of their location. Love their substitute holidays and hourly leave.
The challengesDue to abundance of super-senior managers running the departments, sometimes its hard for younger staffs to convey new and fresh ideas. Transparency issue is also a problem, but not regularly. Need to struggle in order to climb the career ladder when there's lots of senior staff ahead of you. You can hope to get promoted after 2-3 years of service. Just deal with the office politics. Monetary benefits; average. Starting pay is so-so, low annual salary increment. Yearly bonus - 1 month.

The only way to do a great work is to love what you do
The good thingsThey value your good job by selecting and giving award to the employee on every month basis. They do provide weekly sport and recreation activity for the staff. They are very sensitive towards safety and health their staff by enhance corporate safety website which everyone can access and log a complaint and comment. Their immediate respond are really impressive.
The challengesCareer progressive are moderate, if you are start with zero experience this company are very helpful and good point to start your career. They are providing you a very good progress and plan to develop your experience but the challenge is it depends on the opportunity/luck itself in order for you to move to the next level of position

The good thingsWorking here is absolutely follow working hours, overtime get paid. Lab work is pressure free. Safety is good here. There are some chemical used here but it is very less compare to factory. And company did provide enough ppe. 13 month salary. Can earn a lot by doing overtime.
The challengesLab work can be easy also can be challenging. If you don't want just to be a technician who just follow procedures, you need to study a lot of relevant documents, theory, And always think why? Sometimes, the result is just not as expected. Why?
