    Great company with great people
    The good thingsAll the managers are very supportive. The flexibility in working from home is very beneficial in time of pandemic/endemic.
    The challengesA lot of people have working there for the past 20+ years. Very difficult to introduce technologies to them (example: online banking).

Can gain more knowledge in manufacturing field. can learn more in any other field if the person willing to learn.Respect staff situation in emergency time.
