    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, good working environment, give opportunity.
    The challengesHired a lot of fresh graduates which was a good thing, but didn't manage to give a proper guidance or advice. Management keep telling what to do, when to finish, but not telling how to do it. Expecting fresh graduates to came out with solutions themselves.
