Bad Management Style

The good thingsLeader is good in lead to how to solve issue, while the top management is lack of vision and trying to make employee life difficult with all empty promise.

The challengesYou have to know everything on your own and the top management will not teach since they worry you will be expert than them or joining their competitor.
