The good thingsMeaningful Work: The company is genuinely dedicated to improving education and nurturing young minds. Team Culture: Colleagues are passionate, supportive, and collaborative, creating a positive work atmosphere. Professional Development: Regular training opportunities and exposure to new teaching strategies help employees build long-term skills.
The challengesWorkload Balance: Workload can be intense; more staffing support or workload redistribution would help.

There is a lot to be done as the management but it is definitely going to be a rewarding experience because the support system is great
The good thingsThe program is good with 35 yeas of proven effectiveness. A lot of potential and opportunities this year as the current owner is willing to invest. Support to the efforts towards the common mission to give back the best quality to the students is great.
The challengesIn 35 years this brand has seen up and down, to continue its legacy, the top management has to work hard to restructure and retain the quality of the program.

The challengesSome people might find working with children a little bit terrifying, but it goes away after a few days of teaching.

If you love kids, try Cosmotots!
The good thingsThe kids were enjoyable. We were given a lot of training and feedback on how we did in our classes. We have weekly meet-ups and training for the coming week's lessons where everyone sat to share their ideas for the classes. This will greatly help in executing your lessons.
The challengesKids were a challenge as you needed to understand them and know how to handle them.
