    The challengesThere is different instructions given from HQ & warehouse. Warehouse always have their own rules which make us confuse. Budget is always low for warehouse. There is no opportunity for career progression. No promotion culture, no/less bonus, less increment.

    The good thingsAiming for good relationship with colleges, with lesser deadline and nasty bosses / superiors always be there pointing at your weaknesses, this would be a great place to stay. The team spirit despite not the strongest bond, but care will be persistently given as long as you aint the stereotype. As mention this is MLM company, which reputation is always the first priority either to staff or others.
    The challengesEverything goes well except for the unexpected economic performance that impacts the company's figure, which may not be able to provide adequate remuneration towards all staff level.

    The good thingsI really love to communicate people! My boss also nice and so humble! At the same time, I also learned how to make deal with customer. Some of my customer didint know about the products and I will explain about the products which is good and healthy.
    The challengesTheres a lot of customer on public holiday. Only me and my senior will serve them. But i will take that as my challenge, as long as my customer satisfied.

Even somermtime have costermer kind tell u what this product can use n good for what. Good bos and partner.. environment good also...

    The good thingsEnvironment here basically is good for a fresh graduate or an experienced employee to work with. Easy to adapt and will provide some training for certain post. And not to forget there's a variety of foods to choose for your lunch, I know some might have a hard time to find a place to have their meal on lunch time ;)
    The challengesEvery year, we need to change a new plan to draw/attract more customer to know more about our company products and etc. Sometime it might be not as good as it thought, but we still need to maintain and give our best strike to win their heart.
