The challengesThe prior risk management for the project is very disappointing. As a customer care executive, while dealing with the customer regarding their particular problem and complaint, we need a certain amount of power, authority and also resource. But unfortunately, sometimes it is not so easy to solve the problem as company required us to solve it as simple as possible. Hence, the satisfaction of customer is not so high, and it is not easy for me to get job satisfaction and motivation from it.
The management of this company is complicated. Sometimes the decision made doesn't make sense. The mindset of the management is not prevent something from happen, but is to blame and only pay attention when something previously mentioned that need to be paid attention happen.
In conclusion, this company provide a very good salary and benefits but it is a very fast pace, cruel, and stressful place.
