    Good benefit but totally no work life balance
    The good thingsThey will provide hostel and petrol allowance.
    The challengesDo not hope for yearly increment, normally will work for extra hours. Request to accomplish task immediately.It is necessary to adapt in this company culture. Management still need to improve. Working environment would need to improve as well.

    The good thingsEvery month, company will offer a seminar which related with my job scope, so I got the opportunity to learn more and enhance my professional knowledge.
    The challengesIn the early stages, my job is quite boring, this is because I am an inexperienced freshman. When my supervisor is not free, he offered me to do odds and ends, but from these chores, I can quickly understand the flow of work. This is helpful for me before start my formal work.

    The good thingsAble to learning & shared experience each other. Team work & communication well with people surround even some of colleagues unable speak English well but still can be work together. Language problem no issued but understanding needed & helping each other during facing difficult situation.
