    The good thingsI have great experiences working here, meet with nice people and deal with all kinds of challenges every day. It can train a person's willpower very well.     The good thingsGood benefits to employees, many opportunities to grow and expand your career scope and able to discipline yourself to a fast paced working environment which requires not only your professionalism in specific skill, but your overall attitude and EQ to keep up with the vast variety of scope of work and 'surprises', which of course depends on which department you are in! If your life is all about advancing your career for the time being, this is a good environment to start with.

    The good thingsThey pay exceptionally well and provides very good exposure. If you are a performance and looking for a place to explore your talents. This is definitely a place for you and you can really rise up high and fast.
    The challengesSometimes things can get quite messy as the Group grows as the team moves very rapidly and there are sometimes people who are unable to catch-up. If you are someone who is looking for work-life-balance and want a stress-free life, you might want to think twice before deciding to join as the Group looks for only great talents and are willing to reward them very well.

    The good thingsGood remunerations, accommodations provided, transportation provided, allowances and bonus. Have sport activities and claimable. Friendly working collegues. Stress level acceptable. Meal provided for lunch. Sometimes there are additional compensation if achieved targeted dateline.
    The challengesWorking with expatriates company sometimes have risk/clash of breaking our nation law. All the management authorities are expatriates where quite hard to communicate nor to understand local lifestyle, working procedure, etc. It is hard to get promoted to nest level of position or hard to have salary increment. There is no salary increment during confirmation period. While annual increment requires your's extraordinary contribution to the company where the opportunity mostly are not for locals.
