    A good retails place to work and to gain experience as Courts (Malaysia) has been operated in Malaysia for quite some time and well known on its retail products and services provided.
    The good thingsCourts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been operated for quite some time in Malaysia. This company is a retail based and its procedures and processes are well established and those new joiner or fresh graduate, this is a good place to gain your work experience. On top of that, its work environment and working relationship are very good because you are able to work with different level of people, races from Malaysia people and even outside from Malaysia. Last but not least, a good place to improve your soft skills including your English speaking and importantly you can wear smart casual to office.

    The good thingsIt's good that if you want to gain experience before going to another company, the job is quite good and you only focus on one thing.
    The challengesManagement will never hear you, salary always same even though you been working too many years or even though you learn many things. You will be doing a job that is out of your job scope and they will say that is for your experience but you never gain anything from that except you helping them do their work.

    it will be a good learning path for fresh graduates
    The good thingsYou can learn everything due to you will handle more staffs and you can be a multitask people. Because you have to do every work by the deadline and because of you will be handling more staffs, therefore you will be a multitask people to do all the work at one time. Furthermore about the staff purchase. You will get more discount for the furniture around 40% and electrical 12% and fir mobile 3% with monthly installment scheme
    The challengesAs a HR I handle more all level staffs from lower level to higher level. So it will be a challenging work due to all got different perceptions and view. I was the first line people to serve a good customer service to all of them. Moreover for the filing work. For the personal file of staffs are very messy before I came so I take it's a challenge and done every single work to complete the filing. Now all the personal files are accurate.
