    GOOD COMPANY BUT VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
    The good thingsGood employee benefits and nice working environment.
    The challengesBranches staff doesn't have same changes with HQ staff. Cooperation between department with others department might need to improve. My dept working hours way too long , sometimes need to OT until night , work overload .
