    Lack of product training
    The good thingsGreat team work, when the manager and other senior salespersons help the newcomer to get the customers, and share their thoughts on how to close a customer. Performed salespersons get to enjoy the huge benefits like incentive trips, and huge allowances.
    The challengesLack of product training. Target base salary. Very competitive and challenging to meet the target sale. Being a health planner, you need to sell at least 3 units of Coway product to enjoy the basic salary (Commission + basic). After non-performing for awhile the health planner code will be terminated permanently. The job is not secure in the long-run, no EPF, SOCSO anything.
