I really love how they being strict about relationships between employees. They will make sure all of us in good relationships & no hate between all of us. The good thingsHealthy enviroments such as manager & staff they will treat all the same which is manager very friendly & make us feel appreciated to work in this company. And all work in teamwork & also they were strict about timing . But thats a good thing . To make all of us being punctual.
The challengesWhich every new employee will go through 3 months probation. We need to improve to stay in this company. Because this is japanese company. They wont keep employees that didnt give any effort to learn & improve ourselves. Other than that, we might facing many situations such as rude customers , fussy & some of them might make us feel down. But supervisors & other workmate will comfort us & help us out if theres any problems that we couldnt solve / hard to face it about work stuff.
