    Good experience for learning.
    The good thingsYou get to learn alot at this company about insurance and adjusting. You also get to widen ur network as u meet alot of people when your working.
    The challengesVery heavy workload and basic salary is on the low side even though u work for a long time in the company.

    I'am doing insurance claim recovery againts third party
    The good thingsGood guidance from my employer how to managed my work well. I am managed to learn more about insurance and the business as well from my employer and my colleague. My employer always did to give an advice/support/tips to her employees when we are facing hard times to get the task done. We managed to work in team to achieve our monthly/annually target.
    The challengesThe basic salary paid was very low and unreasonable.
