The greatest in this job is you can manage to thinking out of the boxes to solve problem and to help with your heart to serve a the community and give them a precaution about the danger behind the internet. Give it a try, n you know how beautiful and kind of this job.
    The challengesThe challenges is you need to have a lot of confident and always need to learn a new thing. Don't easy comfort in a comfort zone. Learn and gain a new skills for our own needed.

    Good start to gain new experience
    The good thingsIt's good start for fresh graduate to gain new experience in working with customer related service. Working environment is nice and everything you have to manage yourself, which is not stressful and teaches you how to manage your time as well as working under pressure if needed.. If you thirst for serving and helping others in IT world, then this is the right place for you :)
    The challengesFor Pi1M's staff, there will be no room for self-improvement provided by the company. Room for improvement must be gained your self based on how you manage your work everyday, and what you do to gain new knowledge and experience.. Staff may not have any benefit in working from company unless he/she involve him/herself in the community.

    It's a good company for the fresh graduate to learn.
    The good thingsDo: They have a good management Team Don't: Lack of financial and response from HQ for certain issues.
    The challengesFinancial constraint and many orders from others superiors as this company just vendor for SKMM and Digi. They need some space and work delegate. CCMSB should distribute money wisely and properly for the PI1M development without too much bureaucracy.
