    The people agency that cares
The good thingsA unique company culture like no other agencies would be, customized benefits based on the people's needs and goals. Best of all, the people here are being trusted and everyone gets to share their thoughts or ideas. Lastly, get to work from home or anywhere they prefer to as long as work can be done, no micromanaging.
The challengesTime management versus a balanced life would be a challenge. Due to the self-learning culture and the nature of the business, working hours are limit-less, sometimes it'll be quite stressful on the short project timeline.

    It's a one-of-a-kind working experience.
The good thingsThe ability to work from home every Thursday and Friday is something you will have hard time finding elsewhere. It reduces commute stress, saves a lot on travel costs, and gives room for work life balance despite being an agency. The four-legged HR team really knows how to relieve work-related stress and the management puts in a great deal effort in helping you grow as an individual. Bonus: ✔ Free coffee ✔ Free Alcohol (If you're into that) ✔ Washing machine + Dryer
The challengesAgency rushes will sometimes have you working late. If you're new to agencies, you might face some steep learning curves (not everyone can handle the fast-paced intricate work).

The good thingsSupportive and friendly colleagues, flexible working arrangements where you are allowed to work from home on Thursday and Friday as they encourage a work/life balance culture. On Mondays, to Wednesdays, they have cut-off times for when job briefs come in. Strategic location, near to LRT station. Has 3 adorable 4-legged stress relievers to accompany you.
The challengesThe method used for communicating with the rest of the team could've been better if we're to use Slack or Discord instead of our personal Facebook accounts.

    Good opportunities/experience
The good thingsAbility to work from home on Thurs/Fri which makes work life balance a huge plus. Good learning opportunity for gaining new skills throughout various projects and able to expose yourself with meeting clients and attending pitches.
The challengesYou'll be working with various project at one time, must be able to handle/work under stressful environment when projects swarms in waves and must be able to adapt fast. You'll also sometimes get minor task outside your job scope, which is good depending on how you see it, some might not want to do things outside the job scope but some might want to take it as a learning curve.
