Thank you to the company and management of CHIS
The good thingsDuring this challenging time of Covid 19 there is NO retrenchment, NO cuts in pay and wages paid on time. Thank you. Enjoy working with all at this school and Crescendo is a good employer.
The challengesNo school or company is perfect and if and when I feel I need to talk about an issue I know at CHIS I will be given the chance to do so.

A pleasure to work at CHIS
The good thingsThe students and colleagues. The environment. The help/support from management, colleagues during this period of lockdown. Great communication and reflective management. Love being part of a team.
The challengesAdding to the last review, the small number of teachers also have their own agenda. Totally agree, the school do not need teachers like this!

The challengesWhen the small percentage of teachers just moan and are lazy, are not team players or not solution focused. Just move on please!

    The best school in JB!
The good thingsI experienced fairness and equality more than most schools I have worked with. The management are aware of the staff welfare and tries their best to occupy the same treatment to all. Often we heard that teachers from 'the countries' are receiving better treatment than the locals, this is simply not happening in this school. Be it foreigners, or locals, we all speaks the same. I think that lies in the hand of the principal too and I must say that we have the best principal by far.
The challengesChallenges are bearable. Sometimes we have people / teachers who want to achieve personal dreams. Sometimes, people are getting offended by not getting invited over a coffee session. That's all.

The good thingsSupportive principal, friendly colleagues, fair working hours so that you can have work life balanced. This school follows IPC learning which is fun to learn and teach.
The challengesTry to have all the facilities can be used and safe for the students and teachers to use.
