    The good thingsCan learn a lot of things within short period. Good for people who like to take challenge in life.
    The challengesMicromanagement, cctv in every corner in office to make sure you sitting in front of your desk on time. Very little training given and no flexible in working hour. Superior not helpful and afraid of making wrong decision so you need to work independently.

    The challengesPosition was technical support but need to do sales with quota and no commission given. Promises during interview but after joined thing was a lot different. Provide yearly overseas training, purpose is to sign contract with you.

    The good thingsThe main reason I accept the offer is solely because of title itself as sales engineer as personally would like to explore in technical knowledges with the words that training will be provided to well prepare us to cope and support the market. In addition, I would like to sharing knowledges and info with my lovely client and assist them to solve difficulties facing by provide them fullest support
    The challengesThe challenges facing during my service is no training provided as promised, and I have to direct liaise with client which I think I'm not capable enough to handle client with my limited knowledges of the product itself. Secondly, will be referring to support from team senior, one of the senior asked me to take care on my own, he has no time to train me

    Management @ CrestWe thank you for your valuable feedback. Firstly apologies for the prolonged delay in replying as we did not realize this comment. This was just recently brought up to my attention by one of the interviewees and upon reviewing I saw that the you left in 2013. Somehow I regret the situation which could have been handled better if timely feedback was given to higher management. Anyway fast forward in 2016 we have improved much on the training modules and implemented hand-holding by seniors. We even moved to a new office (5 storey building) in 2014 with better training facilities. We believe new sales engineer will adapt better now in our organization.
