The challengesMicromanagement directly from the MD himself. Top management do not trust us, philosophy are usually contradicting too (example: not sitting in office chair equals to not working, sitting in the office for too long also considered not working).
Meetings involving MD will be suffering too. Behaviours like heightened voice, table banging, and Hokkien vulgars are habitual.
Not allowed to take leave even though it's entitlement.
