    The good thingsYou can acquire knowledge on different subjects of accounting and taxation through the work done.
    The challengesIn the event you are seen as doing something wrong, the bosses fail to provide specific examples of any mistakes/problems. Even if you provide justifications to prove otherwise, you will automatically be treated as being insubordinate without being given a chance to appeal.

    Everyone's experience is different
    The good thingsThey provide training in the early stages, salary is higher than average for fresh graduates, you'll have opportunities to grow, you'll learn a lot.
    The challengesNo work life balance, you'll work until midnight sometimes. you will have to work more than the normal working hours some days. some seniors are not helpful where they criticize and talk bad about you. everything needs to be fast, you'll get scolded by some seniors if you are too "slow". everything is so stressful but i guess that's normal for auditors. this job is not for everyone and each person's experience differs.

    The good thingsYou really feel that the company takes care of its employees, by providing abundant opportunities for training as well as taking care of the wellbeing of each staff both psychologically and financially. Overall culture here is good as everyone is friendly and willing to help each other.

    The good thingsPeople there are very nice and always having outing together. Even though has to be OT all the time, but with such a good teammate I felt motivated.

    An enjoyable internship experience with Crowe
    The good thingsSeniors were kind to help and teach. Good work atmosphere - everyone was kind and respected each other. (When the head of department was going to announce some important changes in tax policy, even though I was not really involved in dealing with clients, I was asked to enter the room and listen together with other colleagues. I feel that I was respected.) Good working environment - clean and tidy, cleaners come twice a week. Besides, the office was well decorated with respect to upcoming festival. Salaries are quite high for internship especially in a small town like Muar.
    The challengesI didn't really find it tough during my internship, maybe it's because it's not during peak season as I heard from the seniors that they might stay until 8 or even later during peak season.

    Wonderful coworkers with awful working hours
    The good thingsPeople here are genuinely nice and friendly. Managers and seniors spent time to teach and guide me even though they were extremely busy and stressed. Moreover, they didn't teach me as if I am a nuisance and thoroughly checked if I understood. This is the best part about working here, in my opinion.
    The challengesAs with all companies in the audit industry, the working hours are long and OT is a common occurrence. Not only that, there is no OT claim. The part I disliked the most was the lack of work-life balance. Not everyone is suited for the audit industry. I am definitely not.

    The challengesGood exposure. Experience different company level at different industry. Challenging and fun at the same time as you experience different level at same industry too which would be able to give you an eye opening experience.

    The good thingsPeers, seniors and managers are very willing to teach and guide. They would take extra time to teach you things that are not yet your responsibilities. Good remuneration in terms of salaries and claims.
