    The good thingsAble to learn most of supply chain functions as the job will prepare you to be hands on in most of process. Small management team, encourage you to speak up and be a responsible person. Able to perform job without full supervision.
    The challengesMost of people are working there for long time. its is challenging to keep up in short period but if you put your heart and head together you will manage ti find your spot.
