Good company but not advisable for long term. Basic same even work for 10 years. STUPID FINANCE POLICIESThe good thingsHigh bonus, medical cover family, incentives, half year bonus, work life balance but basic salary same although you work for 10 years. Yearly increment RM 10 per year for basic pay.
The challengesFINANCE DEPARTMENT!! The finance policy is like sh**. It is very difficult to claim. you need to find invoice for all the claims they don't accept receipts. I personally quit because of this stupid finance policy. I have lost so much of money due to cannot claim. Since I work in marketing, sometimes client prefer restaurants of their choice to eat, so when I submit complete and detailed receipt they don't accept and they want only invoice. SO EVERYTIME BEFORE EATING NEED TO ASK EACH RESTAURANT DO YOU PROVIDE INVOICE IF YOU WANT TO CLAIM. Same goes to hotel. You cannot use booking apps like Agoda if travel outstation because they only provide receipt no invoice. SO I NEED TO CALL AND ASK EACH HOTEL PERSONALLY FOR INVOICE BEFORE STAY OR ELSE MY MONEY WILL GONE. The staffs of this department are so rude and not helpful. They always trouble staffs with last minute comments. You would have submitted the documents earlier but only during deadline they will tell you so many comments and reject your payment! Finance in this company just check and verify documents. Other than that, finding suppliers, dealing with contractors, payment submission all are done by the other staffs themselves. I personally left this company due to so many claims and Finance irrelevant policies. I have so many unclaimed expenses. They want us to work urgently, but when come to claims Finance will trouble us.
