Getting a task done!The good thingsThe good things that I've learned in this company is how to communicate well with other departments to get a job done on time. By co-operating well with others, it will make our life easier. Of course there will be hiccup from others but we should know how to handle it so that our job will get done on time. So,the best way to accomplish your goal is to communicate well with others in your company.
The challengesEverywhere you work, there will be challenges that you need to face including myself. The challenges that I faced is the different characters of others that you need to tackle and work along with. So, my challenges are to tackle the different characters of my colleagues and how to handle them when you need to get the job done.
