    Overall a Good company
    The good thingsI just the company 2 months ago. This company has no office politicking and gossiping, unlike my previous company. The staff here do not have discipline issue and conduct themselves well generally. The management is very experience and the management style is very encouraging and performance driven.
    The challengesNone so far. The only issue is the office environment is extremely clean and tidy. We need to sanitize the work area 2 times a day. We have to follow strictly the rules for social distance and wearing mask. But I can accept it due to Covid 19 pandemic.

    The good thingsThis is the toughest and challenging project to transform customer experience with our product. The good things i have a hands on and knowledgeable boss who could put the road map in east way to understand. We are trained to think out of the box, from multi-angles and options.

    Dynamic working environment
    The good thingsI’ve been in the sales and marketing for 2 years. I can say that the working environment in CRYOGAS is intense, fast-paced, constantly moving forward and highly motivating. Truly appreciate the guidance given by my boss. Learning under him had made me grown up, as I have managed to change some of my weaknesses into my strengths.
    The challengesThink quick, learn quick, act quick, be the best in the shortest time. Mastering all the skills and knowledge to execute my job the best way possible independently.

    Good place for personal growth and improvement
    The good thingsThis is my 1 month in this company. It is my first job after graduate with diploma. My result wasn’t that good honestly. But this company is willing to give opportunity based on candidate personal strength, not just academic qualification. Every Friday we have motivational session together with all staff in the company. Everyone is given an opportunity to present a topic of their choice to practice public speaking, presentation and leadership skill. I am fortunate to be one today. I am happy for the opportunity given.
    The challengesMy company is result oriented, some assignment has shorter dateline. The Colleague and bosses are very hands on and able to give tips and work motivation.

    Feel safe under new working norm during Covid 19 pandemic
    The good thingsI am fortunate to work here during the Covid19 pandemic. The company practice social distancing in all their activity, distance work station, hygiene protocol, traveling declaration, and single lane walk way to control the probability infection.
    The challengesI am tasked to implement the covid 19 protocol and monitoring its implementation and compliance. A lot of work but learn many new things like using digital forms for covid19 declarations by visitor and staff.

    The good thingsThe company is embarking on 10 years global branding and expansion strategic business plan. Started as a fresh graduate with 2 years work experience, I am happy to be part of the team to contribute towards this goal, where the company is implementing ISO9001 and ISO14001 for its work process and practice. The company also concurrently improve overall work delivery efficiency by deploying business intelligence software like SAP system to Automate our work processes.
    The challengesThe challenge is we have change our working mindset and getting ourself out of comfort zone or the norm. On the other hand adopting new way of working bring more life into our daily work routine.

    Growing company with clear vision and mission
    The good thingsCryogas is my 3rd company in my career. When I took over the administrative functions, the company is undergoing the 4th phase of business development, with global export of sales and services as their main vision. The team comprises of experienced old guard and motivated new faces, delivering the day to day demand of the business. I was given much space and free hand to identify the administrative need of the team from engineering, production outsourcing, procurement to sales & services. My boss is hands on and an experienced CEO, provides me with just in time tips and guidance The CEO himself is believer of effective and efficient work culture. He sets clear goal and milestones for my to achieve for short term and long term. Overall Cryogas is great company with structured and organized working environment, with each individual has clear and well defined work functions and goal to achieve.
    The challengesMy challenge is to comes out with possible administrative solutions and initiate implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Another challenge is the company is practicing ISO9001 quality system and ISO 14001 Environmental management system in their day to day operation.

    The good thingsWorking here certainly allow me to apply my mechanical engineering and technical knowledge & skill. The company put extra effort to design the job for me with sufficient on-the-job training to allow me to explore my potential. This company has a one of the best evaluation and appraisal system compared to my previous job in other company. Besides technical and occupational skill evaluation, this company also emphasize on 7-performance behaviors, and we are train and given guidance to achieve them all. Although I barely work here for 1 year due to personal and family reason, I am grateful to the opportunities and training given which I will bring with me for the rest my career life.
    The challengesThe company practice self appraisal. This is very challenging especially in establishing the appropriate reference.

    The good thingsI work 10 years at Cryogas in technical. The strong cryogenics knowledge surrounds this company prepare me to serve excellent-challenging customer needs and application. The most beautiful is I am empowered since day 1 I’m here. This make work’s enjoyable and exciting. The opportunity to grow is tremendous. I’m glad be part of the Cryogas yesterday and future.
    The challengesAs company business is knowledge based and very technical in nature, everyone has to put an effort to make the things successful. But the end, when see the things succeed, we have a peace mind and great feeling that client needs are well managed and delivered.

    Great Company, Great boss and great Income
    The good thingsI worked for my CEO for 6 years in sales marketing. He is a Great CEO with sharp marketing mind and fantastic salesmanship. He is hands-on in sales and I learn a lot under his tutorship. He is humble and not like to show off his wealth or knowledge. Today I am lucky to earn a CEO income as a sales and marketing manager. The company product is very technical but he make it fun and easy for us to learn. We have many repeat customer and some of them stay on with our company for more than 20 years. It is the most rewarding career experience for me and this is the reason for me to continue, ie. to serve our satisfied cusotmer.
    The challengesExpectation is very high. It is not written as rule, but from my boss teaching and guidance, I can feel he expect nothing except the best from us. It is both stress and enjoyable experience provided you can make it, but certainly not for the ordinary and fainted hearted employee. I have colleague who left because of this challenge, but I personally think the work stress is very individual and subjective, depend on how we manage it. Success always come if we manage the expectation well.

    Great Team Effort
    The good thingsWhenever we lag behind in submitting our final work report, MD will look for volunteers and form an ad-hoc task force, to finish up the remaining work through team effort. Also this allows me to learn for others and so, I do not feel left out even though I need more time in my work.
    The challengesYou really have to put in your best effort as do not want to be seen as not on par with other co workers.

    The good thingsThis is is very good company for graduate who are willing to continue to deepen what they already knew and pursue their engineering to higher level. Working here make is realize our university only provided us very fundamental knowledge, most of it not useful for this job. The good thing is the company provided good resources for us to refer in our day to day job. The boss is very hands-on and his tips and guidance play a big role to help us excel in our job.
    The challengesThe company is dealing with Cryogenic Equipement, something very unique and new to me. Working here is like taking a new degree in Cryogenic and vacuum. It require strong engineering and physic foundation to understand the its principle and theory. The real challenge is when a customer give us a project with short dateline. In conclusion, the work here is stressful but rewarding for people who truly want to learn.

    The good thingsHard working, honesty and commitment to the best is what I am exposed in this company after the first job. The boss is very caring, hands-on, show great understanding of people, possess strong entrepreneur spirit. He teach and guide us the basic work planning to meet critical dateline. He never forget to do monthly, quarterly & annual appraisal for each of us, letting us know our weakness and strength, area for improvement.
    The challengesThe challenge is dynamic, depend on the nature the project being assigned. But the reward is truly great if we can complete it. The boss will design a project for each person depend on our capability, skill and knowledge, and request us to set our own target to achieve, and this prove to be the real challenge.

    The good thingsChallenge myself with the real career situation in designing and managing project under direct supervision from the CEO. Helpful co-workers are a big assistance in delivering the task given within the given deadline. They also assist in giving additional information required for being a better project manager. Working space and environment provided is very peaceful and harmony.
    The challengesThe challenge is there is always a first time in carrying out tasks given. Experienced co-workers are there and always being helpful in order to ensure the task given could be delivered as expected.
