    The good thingsif you like to learn or to get a lot of knowledge you should go to this company because your can gain a lot of knowledge and experience because this company in progress to develop and employee in this company not so many and small. Your can learn other employee field. for example, your doing materiel planning but you also can learn about purchasing work about ETA,ETD,PO, shipment and many more. in this company you can learn to became independent person and also patient.
    The challengesthe way employee in CCT communication with each other. no respect, do not have team work, senior and junior employee relationship in term of work not good and also team work. it could be improve if employee know how to communicate and respect each other and company do training or make their workers feel like they need each other. the in leader and manager in the company play a strong role to build good team work. lastly, please do appreciate your employee :)
