    The good thingsSome HOD are humble, very helpful and give new people to share their opinions, able to learn a lot about LCD displays. OT is provided only for some departments.
    The challengesNo bonus, low medical coverage, limited training provided, do not have proper job scope which resulted in covering multiple positions/departments and the reluctant of hiring new people, high turnover of employees.

    The good thingsDept Heads and staff are fully empowered and given the opportunity in training and skill development programmes. Performances & good practices are recognised and awarded. As a Company it has a very good COO who is the peoples Captain with clear directions & gives contnious motivation motivation & team spirit.
    The challengesLike any other it is very much a Market driven organization/product - the up & down swing of the business sometimes creates drastic vacuum /gap where one faced the impossible to possible thru 36o-degrees in budget tightining /ripe-off control & Cost down activities.
