    Learning to managed production and learning desigd of a cable also reading a cable draft
    The good thingsLearning how to process a cable , do the machanical test for cable and also running the quality test of a cable...a lot of counting method...risky but challenging career.
    The challengesMust have good mentality to remember every process...and experimenting new products...
